I find it strange that nobody hacks in DC. I go through parks, to concerts or festivals...nothing. This group is to bring hackers out from the shadows and to propose places and time to kick. Meeting for freestyle frisbee is also ok. Suggested spots include Malcolm X Park and Dupont Circle.
